May 25 Topic: RECRUITING and HIRING TALENT
With increasing competition for attracting and retaining top talent, making great hiring decisions is no easy task. This session will give you practical guidance, insight and tools to help you better attract the talent your organization needs. We will also challenge the traditional approach to interviewing by shifting the focus to strengths, value alignment and engagement to help you learn how to make better hires simply with the questions you ask in an interview.
